The Lost Tooth

I think that I had forgotten the excitement of losing your "baby teeth" and getting your big grown up teeth. But of course like most things, you get to re-live these moments as your children experience them. I have to say that I am really enjoying that part of being a parent. Here's a picture of Lauren right after she lost her left front tooth. She was so thrilled. She loves the big hole in her smile. She looked at me right after and said, "Mom, I'm getting closer to being a grown up!" I hope not too much closer my darling girl. This is going WAY too fast for your Mom! :-)
